Aabha Hospital is a 500 bed quaternary care centre taking shape in Hisar. Close to four lakh square feet of space designed to bring every major superspeciality together in one continuous system.

The idea was clear from the start. Create a hospital where movement is effortless, where services align with care, and where the building supports the work of every clinician without interruption. A structure that stays simple on the outside and highly coordinated on the inside.

The master plan set the foundation. Clinical adjacencies guided every level. The result is a stacked core that keeps patient paths short, staff routes direct and service flows predictable. The form stays quiet so the planning can stay clear.

As construction rises, something important is happening behind the scenes. The digital model and the physical building are moving forward as one. Every week, structure, interiors and engineering are reviewed against the same model. Every decision, every adjustment, every update is connected. This progress note brings together three parts of the journey.

The Vision

A building shaped by clarity. Natural light where it matters, zones that stay intuitive and connections that feel immediate. The images show the massing, the edges and the public face of the hospital.

The Site

A fast moving structure built on a predictable grid. The cores are rising. The early services are in place. The photographs show the scale and the pace with a directness that only a site can provide.

A digital overlay that sits on the real building. It shows how the model and the site match, frame by frame. This alignment drives our weekly coordination and keeps the project moving without pause.
